In his autobiography, Bill relates how he met a young woman in an art gallery class who had been working for months on a painting. When she asked if two months was too long to create a painting he said, “Well, I have this technique…” She became Bill’s first student in Los Angeles and only one of millions of future students.
Well, if it took me two months to paint a scene, I think I would be bored with it, need to go to class to get more confidence in what I am doing!
