If you don’t know where you’re going, you can’t expect to get there. In this clip, Bill shows you how to lay out the painting on the canvas before going any further. He’s actually describing the layers of the painting he will create. Bill has such a clear picture in his mind of what he wants to paint it’s just a matter, at this point, of transferring it to the canvas.
