Bill loved his paint. He spent a lifetime searching for the formula for a paint which would work with his style of painting. Bill knew how important the correct paint was, particularly, for his beginning students.
Bill knew that thin paints could work for other styles of painting. He painted in a traditional style early in his career. Bill, though, needed a way to create paintings quickly so he could sell them at price buyers could afford and which would provide him an income. That’s why he developed “The Alexander Method” of oil painting.
