Bill used Magic White as a base for several reasons:- to dilute the colors of the strong color pigments which would follow the base coating, and as a medium for the layers of thin and thick paint to stick to one another, and to help blending, creating mist, water lines etc. One product does it all, like pure magic! Thank you for your wonderful YouTube istruction videos. I hope one day to be able to afford taking your certification classes.
