Blue and white shoreline

Bill needs to create a shoreline. Usually he does this with his palette knife but it doesn’t make sense in this painting, does it? That water is falling steeply off the waterfall so there would only be the barest trace of a shoreline. The shoreline would be clinging to the rock wall. What better tool than the fan brush to achieve this look!
