Put a bit of sunshine on there!
Watch how easily Bill gets the paint to highlight his mountain on the left. Why does it come off so easily? Could it be that he hasn't worked that area of the canvas for a while? Pink highlights
Because Bill has spent time working on the right side of the painting. The side he moves to now has dried a bit - just enough to pull the paint off the palette knife.
