Congratulations to the subscribers who jumped on our Alexander Art Book Collection Summer Special!
Let’s look at how to use these project files.
The first thing you’ll want to do is look through all the books. We promise you that there are so many beautiful projects you’ll want to start painting right away. The preparation before you begin to create a piece of art is the most important time you’ll spend so don’t rush it.
Once you’ve viewed all the projects in the book, you’ll want to start picking your favorites. I know, it’s going to be difficult, but it’s worth the time to do it. Projects that interest you will yield better results than picking random projects. You might want to get some Post-It notes and “flag” those projects that attract your attention.
Notice if one genre interests you. For example, if you’ve “flagged” more Still Life paintings, you might want to specialize in those. For Still Life, you can’t beat the paintings of Buck Paulson. His Still Life paintings go from the fanciful to the sublime.
A great project with which to start is “Jug and Oranges.” Buck uses this project a lot with students new to Still Life. You’ll learn how to create a three-dimensional form on a two-dimensional surface. Buck’s simple techniques will amaze you.
If Florals ring your bell, you’ll definitely want to check out Lowell Speer’s projects. Lowell loved painting and Florals were his “thing.” He painted so many of them he developed a simple, breezy technique that you can learn with a little practice. Lowell had no fear of the canvas and you won’t either once you learn his Floral techniques.
Let’s face it, though; we love landscapes. All the artists featured in this collection can paint landscapes, Bill, though, is the master. From placid mountain lakes to soaring peaks, Bill’s designs will help you create beautiful paintings for your friends, family or even to sell.
That’s right, any of the paintings in this collection are yours to sell. You need only attribute the design to the appropriate artist. In fact, you could recoup your entire investment by selling only one painting!
Own our entire collection of these books at the lowest price ever. Our Summer Special is only good until Sunday night — midnight Pacific Daylight Time.
And, by the way, we do not plan to reprint these books when we sell out. Once they are gone, they are gone forever.
If you bought each of these books, you’d pay $163.00. Our Summer Special price is only $99. That works out to less than 89¢ per project.
