Today’s Video Tip is longer than usual. Tom will wrap up this “mini-series” on painting rocks. Today he mostly refines his work. He says he walked away from the painting and then decided things that he wanted to change. Notice at this stage of the painting, Tom’s strokes are small and deliberate. He makes such slight changes but they do make a difference.
