Today’s Tip Comes from our “Intermediate Master Class.” Tom shows us how to add a pattern to the canvas AND how to keep it on there.

Key Points to Consider;

• Tom is drawing on a dry canvas.
• He uses a number 2 pencil.
• He s careful to get the proper placement of his figures.
• It isn’t cheating to use a pattern, or a projector, or anything else that will help you paint better!
• If anyone tells you otherwise, just smile and do it anyway!
